A message from our Executive Director:
In 2022, St . Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre celebrated 125 years of healthcare service in Cornwall and area. During the fall, our Senior Administration, Board of Directors, and partners met to discuss the future of St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre in a post-pandemic world. Our Strategic Plan was developed based on the needs of our residents, patients, staff and community members.
Below you will find our Strategic Plan for the three-year period 2022-25. Four goals have been identified including Innovative Care; Magnet Employer; Senior-Friendly Community; and Integrated Campus of Care.
We continue to adapt and grow while providing the best care possible to our residents and patients. We are proud of the work we have been able to accomplish over the past 125 + years and continue to support our Mission in the spirit of our founders.
